About the Subscription

What types of subscriptions do you offer?

We offer bi-weekly, monthly, and prepaid flower subscription boxes. You can choose from our Standard, Premium, Pet-Friendly, or Roses-Only options.

Can I send a subscription as a gift?

Absolutely! Our prepaid plans are perfect for gifting. You can include a custom gift message at checkout.

What size are the bouquets?

Our Every Day Bouquet Box includes a medium-sized bouquet with 14-16 stems. The Grand Bouquet Box offers a fuller arrangement with 18–24 stems.

Delivery & Shipping

 Where do you deliver?

We currently ship within the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). We’re working on expanding our reach!

When will my flowers arrive?

Orders are shipped out based on your chosen delivery schedule (bi-weekly or monthly). Your first delivery will be sent in the next scheduled shipment after your order date. You’ll receive a tracking number once your flowers are on their way.

When do the flowers ship?

We ship all subscription boxes on Wednesdays.

  • Bi-weekly subscriptions ship every other Wednesday from your first delivery date.
  • Monthly subscription orders will ship on the date you select at checkout, and then automatically ship on the same Wednesday each month thereafter.
  • If your scheduled Wednesday falls on a U.S. holiday, your order will ship the next business day.

Are the flowers fresh?

Yes! All flowers are freshly cut, carefully packaged, and shipped to ensure they arrive in beautiful condition.

**please note that the flowers may look a bit tired on arrival but will perk up beautifully once in water

What makes the Pet-Friendly Box safe?

We curate these boxes using only non-toxic flowers and greenery. Every bouquet in this box is safe for curious cats and dogs.

Account & Changes

Can I skip a delivery or pause my subscription?

Yes — you can skip, pause, or change your delivery schedule anytime from your customer account. Just make changes at least 5 days before your next ship date.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription through your account dashboard. No questions asked (but we’ll miss you!).

Flower Care

How do I make my flowers last longer?

Each box includes care tips and flower food. Generally, trimming the stems and changing the water every 2–3 days helps them stay fresh longer. Purchase extra flower food for water changes.
